I've been part of the project since 2006, predominantly engaged in activities within the Portuguese Wikipedia community, where I hold roles as a sysop, bureaucrat, and member of the Bot Approval Group.

My interest quickly gravitated towards the technical aspects of the projects, leading me to develop bots, gadgets, and engage in data processing.

As a founding member of Wikimedia Portugal, I currently hold the position of board chair.

Since 2009, I've actively participated in various initiatives promoting free knowledge, open culture, and FOSS (Free and Open-Source Software).
